Land Use Committee

The Tahoe Park Neighborhood Association's (TPNA) Land Use Committee (LUC) researches development proposals within the area of influence for Tahoe Park in order to provide timely and accurate information about such development proposals to the TPNA board. Working at the discretion of the TPNA board the LUC advocates for sensible growth, while taking into consideration the concerns of Tahoe Park residents.

Monthly reports of the LUC's activities are posted on the TPNA website soon after the monthly TPNA board meeting. Neighbors who want to learn more about land use or have a specific question are encouraged to attend the TPNA LUC monthly meeting normally held on the third Monday of each month in the Tahoe Park Community Center starting at 6:00 pm. Check the calendar as the date is occasionally moved when coinciding with holidays. Please contact the Land Use Committee at TPNALandUse@gmail.com for further questions.
