The Tahoe Park Neighborhood Association's (TPNA) Land Use Committee (LUC) researches development proposals within the area of influence for Tahoe Park in order to provide timely and accurate information about such development proposals to the TPNA board. Working at the discretion of the TPNA board the LUC advocates for sensible growth, while taking into consideration the concerns of Tahoe Park residents.
Monthly reports of the LUC's activities are posted on the TPNA website soon after the monthly TPNA board meeting. Neighbors who have an issue to raise are encouraged to report it to the TPNA Board at the monthly board meeting normally held on the second, third and fourth Mondays of each month in the Tahoe Park Community Center starting at 6:00 pm. Check the calendar as the date is occasionally moved when coinciding with holidays. Please contact the Land Use Committee at TPNALandUse@gmail.com for further questions.
